December 2023 Meeting Summary
Town Trust 150 Club – the second draw of 2023/24 took place.
1st Winning Number (£50) = 102
2nd Winning Number (£35) = 98
3rd & 4th Winning Numbers (£25) = 51 & 90
5th & 6th Winning Number (£20) = 55 & 52
The Town Trust is looking at specific designs for replacement bike racks, to accommodate the increasing number of cyclists visiting the town. Trustees are also exploring whether a semi-permanent chess/drafts table can be accommodated in a practical location. The trust is always interested in residents’ ideas to enhance the fantastic space we share in Axbridge.
Plans are underway to refurbish the Town Hall balcony.
The trust is looking into the cost of fitting a large screen and modern projector so that films could be shown in the town hall.
