Town Trust 150 Club – the third draw of 2023/24 took place.
1st Winning Number (£50) = 58
2nd Winning Number (£35) = 76
3rd & 4th Winning Numbers (£25) = 84 & 20
5th & 6th Winning Number (£20) = 2 & 142
Axbridge Town Trust has historical rights over licensing various commercial activities in the square, that began with royal charters, granted to hold fairs and markets. But the square remains a public space. Look out for an update in few weeks that Trustees hope will clarify usage and management responsibilities for all.
Matters discussed at the recent meeting include the imminent re-white lining of the square, the repair of the balcony including leadwork, and continued plans to enhance the square with better bike racks and other community facilities.
