June 2025 Meeting Summary
Matters discussed included:
- The Town Trust has received income from the recent filming of A Good Girls Guide to Murder Series 2. All income from this and other commercial use of the square is spent in Axbridge to maintain and improve the town hall and town square facilities for the benefit of all Axbridge residents and visitors to the town.
- New bespoke made Accoya front doors have been fitted to the Town Hall. They provide a long-term improvement to security, appearance and functionality.
- New LED lighting is being fitted in the town hall toilets.
Town Trust 150 Club – the fifth draw of 2024/25 took place. Thank you to everyone who has joined to support this fundraising club. It raises much needed funds for the Town Hall and Axbridge Town Square.
